    Salam Faz Bhai,
A recent document shared by IRCC, has given a list of Occupations which had successful Express Entry applications, between 2019-21. Those occupations include Software Developers and Professional Occupations in Marketing and Public Relations, I want to understand does this mean that in the year 2023-24, once BILL C-19 is implemented, will these Occupations have some sort of Preference with ITAs, as a Category Based Invitations. Looking forward to your thoughtful and kind response. Many thanks in advance.

Two questions related to Code Sharing Arrangements:
Q1. I feel its better to land in any regional airport rather than Toronto because the Toronto staff maybe bored of immigrants coming in and maybe biased? Do you have any recommendations if I am getting a direct flight to Calgary, should I prefer that as my first point of entry instead of Pearson?
Q2. I know John F Kennedy is a no-go zone for a Pakistani even though tickets are cheaper and I also know that a single stop in EU during the journey doesn't require a transit visa BUT I found the following iternary. In this case, is UK allowed without a transit visa and is this route viable to Calgary?
Karachi to Dubai (Emirates Code sharing) - Operated by Etihad
Dubai to London Heathrow - Operated by Emirates
London to Calgary (Emirates Code sharing) - Operated by West Jet
    > Airline will be changed in Dubai, no need for immigration
    > Airline will change in London, no need for immigration
    > Final destination in Calgary directly, immigration and luggage at a time.

    Hi Faz bhai,
My first port of entry is Toronto, but my final Destination is Calgary., and on my itinerary with Etihad, transit at Pearson Toronto is just of 1hr 40Minutes.
I didn’t consider this point before booking.
My question is what if I miss my Domestic flight from Toronto to Calgary? What options do I have?
    Thanks

      @FazAnsariSYIC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

If missing a domestic connection is due to your immigration formalities done at Pearson then you ll have to book a flight on your own.
If connection is missed because the airlines drops you at Pearson with delays then missing connection is airline responsibility not yours

Can you please tell me which pnp or Canadian immigration program is better if you are a dual national of a EU country n Pakistan ? The ages are 40 n 45 married with 3 kids under 14

I suggest visiting Canada first to have first hand experience and be able to do a comparison with EU.
Age matters a lot for Canadian PR with EU nationality you wouldn’t have any added advantage but due to age you would barely be eligible

    Hi Faz bhai,
I have a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (NOC 2241) with 1 year of experience, and 3 years experience as a Field Engineer in oil & gas industry (closest NOC matching with my roles & responsibilities in this job is 2145 - Petroleum/Drilling Engineer). When creating my EE profile will I need to select NOC based on my work experience or the academic/educational degree?
Also what are the chances for these NOCs in PNP programs if I have a CRS of 441? I know 2 of my seniors working in the oil & gas industry who got nominated by Alberta PNP
    TIA.

Choose NOC as per latest version 2021 which defines your job responsibilities.
On same playlist you can see Work Experience related video. Please watch that

    Hello faz bahi,
i know it's not relevant to post here. But i want to request you that i don't know why I have been restricted to comment or post anything on EE pakistan chapter. I havent made any comments nor break any rules then why?? please help

Group Managers don’t know members personally. They only enforce Group Rule.
For each group rule violation members are warned first and then suspended after multiple violations. It is mot possible to suspend anyone without warning.
      Try recalling why?

@@FazAnsariSYIC Thank you for the response Faz Bahi. But as such, I did not violate anything. Anyways rules are rules and have to follow by everyone including me.
