Not sure how I got to find this, but two tone is so much better, bring them back I say. They when we say Blues and Twos, it will mean something again.

The first truck is fitted with 'almost good' warning lights. The traffic-clearing or grille lights flash in pairs: excellent for tracking by other drivers and distance information transfer. But this is impeded by the distraction of the roof lights which flash alternately, confusing distance information.
