I had a similar situation and wrote to the guy after the race. The answer was: You're taking it way too seriously, it's just a video game. Apparently the video game is serious enough to use dirty tricks to defend your place. I'm done with Forza for now. I'm fed up with these idiots, for which I get a penalty. Yesterday I make one race in S Class: I was rammed in the first corner at Hakone and one lap later a guy pushed me to the outside. No penalty of course... Turn 10 shouldn't be surprised that no serious player wants to play their game anymore.
13:44 kids do that now as they aren’t penalised, but clean drivers get penalised for existing. It is so urgent for the penalty system to be corrected, lobbies are getting empty as people are giving up on the game :/ impressive tire wear management, as soon as I get minor I can’t hold the car :D
I have 4.952 points but my safety ranking is C and its about going down to E. This ridiculous penalty system ruins my every fkn race. Someone goes off the track, He tries to return but driving to middle of the road. I hitting him with full speed and I have no chance to dodge him and game gives me 3.25 sec penalty and tooks my podium. T10 working great!

On top of that, if you show consideration for others and leave space, two other drivers will come from behind, recklessly ram their way through the small gap and you will get the penalty. I ended up with a Safety Rating B and just didn't feel like playing anymore. As long as nothing is done about it, I won't touch Forza again.
Name says it all, Penalty system needs looking at and a better car radar, I play in cockpit view and it's terrible trying to keep tabs on cars near you.
YES. It’s often tough to race first person online since you can’t see other drivers. I try to leave space and race clean, but without spotters it isn’t always possible.
Idk if I said it here. But they need to remove the penalty system and not affect ranking for like a good month just to go back into the system and define the underlying rules or actions it takes for the game to recognize. I think I said this on a Reddit post but I think the problem is when you can get penalties while qualifying and or practicing I think this needs to be turned off so they can do a deep dive or go into a beta like fm7
Had this happen to me at catalunia except it was the last place guy and I had just come out on 2 lap newer tires. Some people think they’re entitled to the position and it just hurts racing overall
That m8 handles like a dream, especially around a track like Grand Oak. Unfortunately, not the dream race you were looking for this time because of OsamaBinEDP (Not a sus name at all). The worst trolls aren’t the ones who make it obvious, but the ones who try to be sneaky and exploit the terrible penalty system by using lame, underhanded tactics to get around it. Ah well, good job on a top 6 result despite that. Definitely had podium pace though with that 1:13. GG
you need to learn the skill of overtaking other drivers, - don't try to force your way when you know they will to bad things...bait them, have them think you want to do something and then you don't... - don't try to overtake and lose time in some corners when there will be a chance in 2 or 3 corners time for a better clean overtake
@@ElGoogKO sometimes being passive and letting them make the mistakes is the best strategy. But also, some people also need to learn the skill of being spatially aware and giving space to other drivers.
Past few sessions I’ve had have been hell people break checking a stuff, like they gonna get an insurance payout 😂…for this dirty stuff I’ve started returning to sender when I’m already on 4s penalty from being rear ended into a wall, what do I have to lose 😂… Made a couple new friends out of one of the dirty af races though, turns out my A safety was vs D,&E… makes 0 sense when that’s the focused matchmaking criteria.
Frustrating indeed m8...and like others noticed below, the penalty system doesnt punish such bevaviour like it should. Sometimes leaving the track for a centimeter grants you a penalty of 1,25 - 2,25 secs but (obvious) pushing others from track ends up too often without consequences. As of ppl who quit playing Forza coz of such gamers and the penalty system... Just befriend clean racers you meet while racing and start doing private races. Maybe subscribe to Erratic and join community races he hosts few times a week?

Make an alt and purposely do this for 2-3 races I swear it gets more and more lenient the worse you are and more you crash… absolute garbage system.
