    Hi @thedaarutv
Big fan of your recipes, I have tried toddy after I saw your video. It turned out to be very nice.
I have one concern though. Many people say that methanol can be created during fermentation and that is harmful for health. Please make a video on how to avoid methanol forming during home brewing and also a video if there is any check/test to find out whether your brew has methanol content or not..

Fizz will go away if toddy just left 2 more hours after fully fermented.
If you want fizz then do test at 18 to 20 hrs of fermentation. When it become crisp in testing with no more sweetness then fill in air tight bottle and chill it. You will get fizz like strong soda and great crisp test also. You will forget other cold drinks.

Sir ,in your rush to consume the toddy within 24 hrs ,you are actually drinking while the bubbling is going on( your commentary). So if the condition is to drink within 24 hrs,the sugar quantity has to reduce.

Can I make toddy without using yeast? Just water from 2 coconuts in a glass jar covered with a muslin cloth. Does coconut water have natural yeast to ferment after 24 hours?

You say 3 Tbsp sugar and 1/2 Tbsp yeast but on screen shows 3 Tsp Sugar and 1/2 Tsp Yeast which is correct.

Apart from increasing the sugar qty,you will have to use brewers yeast.B.Y.pumps up the alcohol content up to 18%,whereas bakers yeast is limited only up to 5 % ,after which it dies.
