- This is a story of a Braveheart Aman, from Chandigarh.
He lost his left testicle. Aman suffered some pain after he got done with his leg workout. Aman did not take it seriously. He went to a doc after some days, who just gave him some painkiller and did the operation. everything was normal after that.
After about 2 years, Aman had problems in urinating. He went to another doctor again. They ran some tests on him and finally disclosed that he only has one testicle.
It can happen to anyone, it happened to Aman while squatting, looks like just a co-incidence.

If you are referring to squatting with weights, I would advise you to use a belt to support your back.Quite often, it so happens that when you sit during squatting, the lower back gets stressed and all the nerves passing through testicles come under strain.If you are not wearing belt, then stress on the back is high and pull on the nerves is also intense.And subsequently it leads to sore testicles. In extreme cases, it may lead to hernia.
To answer the question, yes it is common for newcomers who start squatting with out belt to experience pain in testicles, especially if the weight is heavy."

case of aman is of simple testicles twisting it happens when we do any physical training. i my self lost my left testicle while playing soccer when i was at the age of 14.
purpose of my comment is to tell all of you that it is very normal thing only if u untwist testicle in 4 hours for blood supply to get normal otherwise u will loose testicle,
it happens a lot in our country due to lack of medical knowledge of our doctors who subscribed pain killer while when need a simple surgery.
i myself get surgery after one week.
but right now i am 30 perfectly fine with two kids boy girl doing regular workout and biceps of 17''😁

This is called testicular torsion and happens when a testicle twists suddenly. It happens if you exercise with you balls hanging loosely. Never exercise in boxers or commando, always wear sufficiently tight briefs or boxer briefs or this might happen to you.

as a teen who suffered from this problem i salute this guys cause during my 10 boards while studying at night my left testicle got disslocated(this happens because we have some extra long veins) the pain was like u will die but i got surgery under 2 hrs and i have my both testicles and have seen rapid growth in myself after surgery which means testosterone level is good

I lost my one testicle due to my bad sleeping posture... It got twisted on mid night... Something that i want to share as a precaution
1) dont delay morethen 6hrs if blood flow gets stopped(due to twisted vanes) in testicles its going to be dead...
2) if you get proper cure in that 6hrs you can save your testicle doc will untwist it by surgery and make blood flow in it
3) when any uncertainty happens to your body.. You body respond to that and gives signal to you... In my case there was a continues vamiting at morning...

If you are referring to squatting with weights, I would advise you to use a belt to support your back.Quite often, it so happens that when you sit during squatting, the lower back gets stressed and all the nerves passing through testicles come under strain.If you are not wearing belt, then stress on the back is high and pull on the nerves is also intense.And subsequently it leads to sore testicles. In extreme cases, it may lead to hernia.
To answer the question, yes it is common for newcomers who start squatting with out belt to experience pain in testicles, especially if the weight is heavy."

Sir seriously salute to aman an thumbs-up for you..even I am also a doctor I can better understand the situation the same case is with but I can say am born with one testicle only an the other one is lost due to atrophy..I have faced many problems in my life which are related to testicles..but my goals are my Frist priority so I have joined a gym with tremendous of dedication n respect..i dont have more words to express my views an thaught thankyou for the vedio
