SWTOR: How to get Title "The One and Only"

Hi guys. Today I want to show you how to get an awesome title called "The One and Only" it's really PvPsh if you will ask me. The ending is on Veteran mode as 1 person - not on Story mode. Enjoy! Both my wife and I got this title on the first try, its not really that hard. The Eternal Champion title is MUCH harder, died lots getting that one.... but got it and felt much more rewarding because of the difficulty in getting it.
