Even a proper CGI for a game cutscenes or movies still requires a tons of artistic work and processing power for every frame on a huge servers

If they were to make the AI know every car in the game without making distorted images then it can be done with the vehicles. The same goes for the buildings and stuff.
The backstory for this video is that the protaganist is having a schizophrenic episode that "The Reds" have secretly taken over the US, hence why he's shooting and hearing Russian. On a serious note though: I love the vintage filter for the AI footage, it reeks with age in the best way.

I Do like Mafia 2 and we can Have it But a Remake By i mean Fully changing the game engine Tweaking the story and adding new features after all its not just mafia 2 its also the 1950s simulator

Yeah these ones feel more like filters, not as many hallucinations and just 're-skins' all of the textures instead of adding assets (so to speak)
The problem is that our brain gets used to this type of visual, and the graphics in GTA 6 aren't that great.
