I remember Isaiah 61 when I struggle. For a spirit of heaviness, I put on a garment of praise. When I can't stand to look at myself and rightly so. I look to Him and He lifts me up again.

I liked the part about kensugi alot, there is a fantastic documentary on TH-cam called “the secret world of the Japanese swordsmith that you might enjoy. I watched it a couple years ago and felt the spirit prompting me to make alot of metaphors about the way the lord labours over a christian is the forge and folds and hammers out impurities in our lives as he shapes us as only mastery can.
