I watched this anime a week ago. Man don’t ask me, i was really sad, i mean this anime left so confused I traumatized for next 2days. For any ppl curious bc a lot of ppl are talking about robin spoiler warning He grapes her chapter 32 out of nowhere gets beat up by Meru but Kiriko doesn't let Meru kill him then they leave. It seems to be the darkest chapter up to date and was brushed aside as pretty much a side event. It being there in my opinion was completely pointless. I read a few chapters to make sure and checked the forums. The comments about him being a nice guy here got me curious and were not subtle.
Spoiler I think it pretty much trying to tell that nothing goes as Kiruko expected when she was finding Robin and the doctor. Doctor turned out to be a saint and Robin a scum. Both reveals are pretty underwhelming so I think the author is trying to say value the journey not the goal.
