= size of generator match to building (many different types of fuel)
= no religions
= no police, court, jail
= no government
= putting criminals as marine-police
What will be the land border equivalent to protect (unable to be blackmailed setup).?
= will that be malaysia and indonesia.?

Most likely SGT(3), hope he can promote to SSSGT soon

Partly because the Cpl, Sgt and SSgt ranks all look the same now as Sgt(1), Sgt(2) and Sgt(3) respectively. Unlike in the SAF, it is still 3 strips. Some will probably be wearing the same rank for over a decade if they started as Sgt(1).
