Been following then fasoos now Rebel foods,can’t appreciate more on the way how they spear headed in the market and left a remarkable foot print,with a new age business model. However the cuisines they serve are generalised to the patrons across,from my point of view there is a scope for being more regional centric cuisines on their menu spread which makes it more appealing to regional patrons too. This gives immense clarity on the cloud kitchen model. Thank you. What I didn't understand with full clarity was how a brand can be launched without any additional operating expenses. How are operating expenses being defined here?
With the already existing kitchen, one can start cooking a new cuisine under a new brand. Only additional cost will be of raw material and a chef, everything else like kitchen space, kitchen equipments , electricity, etc, will be shared with the existing brand.

Let's not talk about the model. Instead, food and cuisine. Behrouz serves one the worst biryanis. I tried twice and was very disappointed. The storyline on the box and website is so much sugar-coated that they missed the top-up with the cherry-taste. What a waste of money for my order. A lot of consumers actually do not know what is something authentic of a particular region. As an example, the majority of restaurants in Hyderabad do not actually serve authentic Hyderabadi biryani. They sell too spicy and fusioned version. Why? because of the influx of non-native migrants. They eat anything and everything in the name of Hyderabadi biryani thinking it's authentic. So is the case with other cuisines in other cities in India. My personal experience ording food through aggregators in Hyderabad was very disappointing. Not because of their service, but because of the quality that I get. Every restaurant these days focus on presentation and packaging but neglecting on the taste.
have you ordered any food items from Faasos.....what do you think about their taste and quality? Also, which cloud kitchen would you recommend for an authentic taste of biryani??
@@komalvishwakarma9740 i just ordered from faasos and i like the organic flavors, quantity and packaging. You cant expect the taste to be the best. If you want to eat tastiest food, eat any xyz street food compromising on quality and hygiene. Faasos have improved a lot ill give it 8.5/10. Similarly, good bowl is comparable
