i have all my test done like cardiac stress test,ecg,echo cardiogram,lipid profile,blood gulucose,elctrolyts but doctor said all are normal. but dont feel ok in gym i cant run more than 30 secs i got shortness of breath and passing out please help whats the problem

How do I know if it's heart problems or anxiety?
Yes exactly . There is huge confusion between the heart problem and anxiety symptoms . Hard to make a judgement

Just going to put this out there. Some PCP's are ignoring patients with heart disease symptoms. And denying them to see a cardiologist.

I have 1, 2, 4,5. I am 21 years old. I don't know if it's for stress or real heart problem. I have anxiety disorder and PTSD so I don't know

only thing i get is chest pain, i ride bikes 3 times a week so maybe my heart is over working?!
Wish someone had explained this to be when my mitral valve was failing! Never had the dizziness but the exhaustion was endless
