It did not surprise me when Papa called Hallo Kofi to be a brother. There was enough indication proving that Hallo Kofi had come to stay in Philadelphia movement. If you watched the deliverance service in Kumasi which Papa Adom got to the floor, you will notice that Hallo Kofi was always in the background maintaining close watching distance with Papa everywhere Papa went.
