Anton Valley is definitely a beautiful place, we've been missing the mountains from back at home and it gave a real good taste of that but in a warmer more humid setting, we definitely recommend it! 🙌
I've lived in Panama for 10 years and enjoy your videos, such a refreshing outlook. We just call it El Valle, leave out the Anton to avoid confusion with the town of Anton. There are a lot of activities in El Valle and I always suggest several days there. It is a rain forest as it rains almost daily in the afternoon. Plan activities for the morning or during dry season.

Great video Guys, I don't think I would have the bottle these days to do the zip thing. We never saw anything like the things you two have seen but we were on a cruise ship. The best thing I saw was the locks on the canal it's self. Have you been there or is that yet to come. Where is your next port of call? it looks like you are having the time of your life. Our next stop was Cartagena in Columbia and that was a nice but crazy place. Keep the video's coming look forward to every Saturday these days. Anyway stay Safe and Good Luck on your future travels
Hey John! We had seen some of the locks on our Monkey Island and Gatun lake tour and we have some other adventures in the area, so we might be getting a closer look at them shortly as well! We are in Panama for a couple more months and then off to either Costa Rica or Columbia next! We also would like to go to Peru and Brazil in the near future and also have plans to go back to Mexico to check out some of the other states we haven't been to yet! So there are many adventures still to come, with us sharing them every Saturday! Thanks for the kind words, we're really glad you're enjoying our videos!
It’s a great time for sure! Anton Valley as a whole is a must see if you’re in the area. Great little town in the cloud forests of panama and there’s waterfall tours, atvs, lots to do! We can’t quite remember, but don’t believe there’s an age limit. However, you do have to use your hands as a break, but which depending on their size/height, would just need to be able to reach the cable to slow themselves down. Apart from that, should be good to go! 🙂🙌🇵🇦
