This is super clean man, I dont run Hotline Miami but when thinking about some new games to run I looked up the WR for HM, and I'm impressed lol. Might give it a try to see where I place but damn I aint gonna be able to beat this. Good shit man, watching this reminded me how awesome this game is.
He wasn't trying his hardest to perfect it as you can see since he used multiple exploits and there was one cut during the speed run wene he ground killed biker it shows him instantly in the elevator afterwards
@@JamesMilton-pf5wdthe "cut" was clearly a glitch he set up by getting biker in the corner. also, it still takes skill/practice to speedrun even with exploits or glitches, and i'm not sure about this game but in many games if you want good times the glitches you have to perform end up more difficult than the normal gameplay.

Yeah its a way to skip levels, basically as long as you are in the inside of thé car, it consider the level done so he bait a Guy to Come out then use execution as close as possible of the car door to get inside and get in its hitbox

game is ran in japanese. a lot of english is preserved between languages i assume because making fancy animated text in every supported language would be a lot of work and for many small aspects would be unnecessary, + it's a stylistic thing. russian title screen happens regardless of version, due to thematic purposes.
