Great video, couldn't agree more! BTW, last year Dr. Greg Fahy published the TRIIM Study that not only regenerated thymic tissue but also turned back the epigenetic clock by 2.5 years.

Thanks. You're the only other person I've seen to emphasis this study which I first came across in a talk by Prof Janet Lord. If I recall correctly, she said on one of her talks that maintaining a lean body mas may also play a role in Thymus function. Exercise, unlike supplements, has a pleotropic effects.

I don't understand your stress. You seem so calm, in control and level-headed! Do you ever raise your voice?

I'm not someone who yells, no. It's more mental, type A, internal stress for me.

Good news; probably fatty thymus as fatty liver and fatty pancreas thanks Dr Vikki

It appears that fatty thymus is also a function of age, but you're correct, more healthful activities reduce its tendency towards fat deposition.

your body did not hold a grudge in any way for you being maybe a little more of a _COUCH POTATO_ in your early years - that was fun :) thumbs up for this one :)

Thank you for your encouragement. I have a COVID-19 question. I have heard that because of the recent discovery of the virus, there is no person on earth that has resistance or immunity to the virus. Is that a true statement? Thank you

I don't think that's necessarily true Reginald. There is some discussion of possible immunity occurring from earlier Corona virus infections, including rather mild colds. But more research definitely needs to occur.

What if your thymus gland was removed

There's not much to be done if its removed.
