I played against Monta in high school…he may be the greatest high school player I’ve ever seen! He was pretty damn good in the league too, but I can remember him lighting the city up with 60 & 70 pt nights…will ALWAYS be one of my favorites.
I watched him light up Oak Hill for 43 they literally rotated everyone they had trying to slow him down and he just dominated. So fast that it made everyone look like there feet was in concrete.
I went to a linear bulldogs game in Jackson Mississippi when I attended Callaway chargers highschool 2002-2004 Ellis was "him" period
he had one of the nastiest reverse layups in the league 🔥

In My Humble Honest Personal Opinion I'm 33 Year's Old & WhenEver I Was Really Starting To Grow uP Monta Ellis Always Stood Out To Me, In The Early Stages Of His Career I Noticed Many Spurts Of Pure Offense & Rather Quickly Develop Into a Very Good Scorer In His Prime!
