    Thank you! Very informative. I’ve been doing Yin Yoga, which means holding positions for at least 3 minutes, but now I learned that holding the back bend positions is doing more damage than good. I’m not sure why you don’t have hundreds of thousand of followers. Very strange because your videos are to the point with great teaching and helpful materials.

    Thank you! Another informative video. I’ve been doing Yin Yoga as well which means holding a position for at least 3 minutes, and now I know how damaging it is to hold the back bend position.     The alternative i needed at the 5:00 minutes later made it much worse.
    i got stuck on the floor again, which i did use your other video before, but., it very difficult , AGAIN!!!!:(And cant even remove the pillow.
