I am definitely ruling for this giant to pull through and win it all at the Olympia. The next few years are going to be interesting watching this massive man versus Andrew Jack, Krizo, Derek, and Hadi. This man can easily become the dominant physique in bodybuilding.
Remember kids this is not how to train to get really fucking big, this is how to train once you're already really fucking big and just finishing up details.
Its cool Samson is willing to listen and try new things, but sometimes people try to sound too smart/know everything & over complicate everything when it comes to working out and how to do it
This is nothing against hadi choopan but how your going to have a mr. Olympia that's from a country that's hostile to the world and he can't speak English and promote the sport. It doesn't make sense. Samson would be a good ambassador for the sport.
I hate to bust all your bubbles on here but these bodybuilders that are doing all machines are growing increasingly less and less muscular...literally devolving. Start doing chins, barbell rows, rack pulls!!
