Definitely a problem when a project goes long. Then you want to change things already done. I started a resto of a 72 cl100 now it’s going to be full cafe and nothing is going to be the same. I could see why you jumped some of those compressor are loud.
I hope I can stay focused on it this time. That thing was so loud!

I like what you've done. Thats a trick little bike. When you move the rear frame around do you try to work with a stock seat pan? I think thats a good idea with the battery in the back. Especially if you can put it under a removable cowl.
Thanks Jerry. The frame, seat pan, and seat will all be new. Another one of those things that you see everyone do and it looks soooo easy - its going to take a lot of patience, trial and error to get it right. Thanks for watching

why don't you redo all the wiring and simplify it by installing an X21 system or something similar ?
Its funny you mention that as I have an X21 for the cb400, once we get that far on that build. I just need to check continuity on the left side controls and determine what goes to what and that will solve a lot of the problem.

Keen ear - I never really stated that, you are correct. This is part of an ongoing project, as you may have heard from the video this has been years of on and off, mostly off - work being done. She now has her license and wants to have it back to ride. Now we truly do need to finish it ;)

It's a junk ass bike, no value in these old hinda street bikes and on top of that, the exhaust is ugly as hell

@@ACECafeBikes been riding for 36 years, I have ridden plenty of these, would rather ride an old Norton, not something that wasn't meant to be a cafe racer, that bike looks like crap due to the exhaust, how much of your work is sent out and done else where hmmmmm, a fair bit I would guess, so pretty much bought not built
