Very impressed!...as both a fabricator and machinist I can say you threw some bad-ass materials into this rack for sure...funny part is that I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a Polaris Turbo S and can now see where I would get a replacement rack if needed... Thanks for the video, well done!
I think the price is alittle steep, but if you offered free install of the system. I believe you would sell a crap load of. Hell I just got my 20/20 RR. I'd pay the money for you guys to put the system in. Hell yeah.....
James Moore that means your frame mounts at the race are not straight. This common. The rack comes with stainless shims to fix these frame issues. Call us and we can walk you through the frame shim process. It will be silky smooth after that
@@ShockTherapyllc I have done the shimming process on mine and it is still way more stiff then stock. I have my DPS set to HIGH and it is still more stiff then stock rack with DPS on low.
@@jcleveland414able jack the car up. Turn the wheel car off. Turn the wheel key on. Now loosen the two passenger bolts. Turn the wheel again. If it’s easier with bolts loose then you need to shim it better. If there is no difference then disconnect the tie rod and turn the wheel. If it got better then your issue is in the ball joints. We see this a lot with aftermarket adjustable ball joints.
Jeanette Crosby funny you ask. It only weighs 2 lbs more than the stock rack. Stock is 19 lbs. ours is 21lbs. Another bit of trivia. We start with 60 lbs of aluminum. When finished the rack body and other aluminum parts weigh 8 lbs. so we developed 52 lbs of aluminum chips when machining this Beast.
