Dan is a Brazillian singer, he was classically voice trained and can sing Opera (Phantom of the Opera), Religious (Amazing Grace), Rock (Bohemian Rhapsody), Metal (Burn Butcher Burn)...He can sing any type of genre and he does so amazingly. His favourite genre is Metal. He has videos of duets he's done. He edits and produces his own videos. He's totally awesome. :)

Thanks for reacting to my favorite singer of all time. Dan Vasc is simply the best singer on TH-cam and the world as we know it. I have several favorite Dan performances and this one is right up there with high notes, screams, always looking amazing and the hair flip for the win!

I think you would enjoy his Never Enough from the Greatest Showman movie, as well as Kiss From a Rose (duet with Violet Orlandi). All of the Witcher TV series songs are also great. Dan can go from his clean voice into these metal distorsions and back, he can go up and down the octaves with his strong voice and it always sounds beautiful. I suggest you his "Black Wind, Fire, and Steell" Manowar cover or his cover "Heaven is a Place on Earth".

I love the unironic celebration of manhood in this while singing of an attempt to "make a man" out of a woman who will not ever become a man but will become the ultimate warrior (the movie Mulan if you haven't seen it.) Those three screams (on key) and that last note (!) fire!

Thanks for reacting to my most favorite singer again. I love everything he has done. All of the backup vocals are Dan also. If anyone else helps in the production, he gives them credit on the cover. Dan has over 200 videos on his channel and they cover everything you can imaging from opera to metal. Knowing you, I think you might get a kick from his version of Lady Gaga’s Poker Face or any of his Ninja Sex Party Covers (Danny Did You Know is my personal favorite).

You probably would have enjoyed this more if you had been familiar with the original. Mulan is a Disney animated movie about a Chinese girl who joins the army to take her father’s place. The singer is the drill Sargent training the new recruits preparing them to fight the Huns. The other singers are other TH-cam artists playing the parts of the recruits.
