Distinctly different from the last in a way that separates them by thematic nature. This one is much more majestic, much more grand, less somber than the other. I dunno how to describe it. This one has a slightly less bit of finality than the other, or maybe that's me thinking it's more of a brighter ending with a classic hero offering himself for the greater good as where the original one you did felt more like a broken man carrying the final stretch to the end to save the world. Either way, you did a SPLENDID job on both compositions, and I can see a different but similarly beautiful scenario for each in my mind.

this is really good i like to imagine there being a new fallout game, where a nuke strikes and when he says ''oh girl its you'' is when the atom bomb explodes. just imagine that. and then i imagine tons of sad scene of like families running while crying and then being taken by the blast, and like a grandpa not being able to catch up with the family and on of the kids looking back and just seeing the grandpa waving goodbye to him in a sad manner before being taken by the blast and then the family being taken aswell, just tons of those dramatic sad scenes of couples knowing they wont make it so just sitting somewhere waiting for it to happen. and when Matt sings the final ''as the world caves in'' the main character (that we would be in the new fallout game) is like on a little elevator (just like in fallout 4) survives and the blast goes right above his head. theres also a shot in my head of someone looking at the blast but the camera is only focused on his eyes and you just see the blast reflect through eyes. needless to say the final conclusion is that the stuff you make is really immersive
It's a damn shame I just saw this. The beauty this entire composition has is unlike anything I've ever heard, and the life it breathes into a song of death is poetic. Be proud of what you made, as I will be proud to what I make with it.

I feel like I had already seen an official orchestra version that was on the channel where the name started with blue I think, I don't remember the name exactly but it really was an orchestra version and more acoustic but apparently the video was deleted and I could never find it again that beautiful version of this already beautiful song. hope i can find it someday
top comment says what im gonna say but better. this is definitely more is a "revisited" version instead of a remastered version. your first orchestral arrangement is more reserved and a bit sad, while this is way more grand and prideful, like going out with a bang, while the first is definitely more of a final peaceful moments. I love both. I love the version without the vocals. I'm gonna sub and watch some other orchestral arrangements
Because I’m developing a game and I’m planning a character that you spend half of the campaign getting to know and play, interact with, I want their death to be a shock and I feel like this song would be perfect for it
