Cylinder Music box with hidden bells - how it works

Mechanic outside the Box, you can see here 8 bells and how they work.
Each bell is connected to a finger of the music comb and is made to sound with the precisely fitting pins on the cylinder via a linkage and a clapper.

Hurrah! What a pleasant sound is the melody played on tuned set of bells! Even if some electronic door bells and quartz clocks electronically imitate the same they can't beat the real music-boxes and tuned set of bells.
