- Awakening DKs cooldowns are all over the place at Tungrad Ruins and doing the Visionary mechanic is quite the annoyance due to the constant necessity of Obsidian Ashes, which is unfortunate. Not complaining or anything though, still extremely good performance, even overclearing this rotation, but it would make it quite uncomfortable to grind if you are new to the class.

Gear, Crystals, Artifacts, Addons: Shown at the beginning of the video
Combo: Obsidian Ashes / Shadow Strike → Blooming Black Rose (only after Shadow Strike) → Spirit Hunt → Spirit Legacy → Cluster of Despair → Grip of Grudge →Twilight Dash / Trap of Vedir (for repositioning) → Shattering Darkness + Flows → Seed of Catastrophe + Flows
(pre awa) Shift + E / Shift + X → RMB (only after Shift + X) → W + RMB → Shift + RMB → RMB → Shift + F → W + F / S + F (for repositioning) → Shift + LMB → Shift + E

Luv your videos, swapped to dk, i don't get much trash there because i do'nt use pre-awakening that often, not a hardcore gamer either, but do you think with the changes incoming to tungrad, dk will be better? :)
thanks, changes will definitely make it so much more better. not having to rely on skills like obsidian ashes is a plus any day of the week

yeah that looks way too annoying to do on awake dk, I rather grind here on scholar where I trigger visionary just by jumping into the pack
Yeah, going from succ maegu to awaken DK here, having the opening skill on cool down every other pack is pretty annoying

I wanna play awk dk but I don’t wanna swap in between pre awk and awk skills, is it possible to only stay in awk when grinding on awk or will I need to swap in between them?
you could, pve performance would be noticably worse though
