🇯🇲 Jamaican Toto Coconut Cake Easy Recipe - Passportcookbook

Ingredients for 6 people:
3 cups All-purpose flour (375 g)
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar (300g)
1 1/2 freshly grated coconut (125g)
3 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Raisins (optional)
2 Eggs, well beaten
2 cups Milk (500ml)
1/2 cup Butter, melted (115g)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
A dash of rum (optional)
