I wonder why JBL just use 2x18650 batteries for such big loudspeaker system. They shud install bigger mah batteries so that the system can play longer.

Battery is a joke. How long it lasts? Must be less than one hour on max volume if its 100W? My 100W homemade speaker lasts about 5 hours with 8 x 3400mah cells (tested and legit). This has only 2 x 2400mah. So it should play about 30 - 60 minutes or its not really a 100W. Battery wires seems a joke too then. 100W from 4.2V = 25A of current, even drops to 2.8V when discharged so 35A running through those thin wires? Something is fishy here...

часа на 3 при полной громкости должно хватать,на 6 при 50%.5А/ч не мало для 30 ватной+- колонки.
Почему маленькие динамики не показал, они остались спрятанными и невидимыми под защитной сеткой :(((

Se bem que pelo preço e quantidade de espaço, poderiam ter colocado bateria para umas 20 horas no mínimo.
E por sinal, é o único ponto negativo, 6 horas de bateria é muito pouco, mas já é impressionante devido a tamanha potência dela.

@@jan_zyon 6 horas usando uns 25% do som no volume total não chega a 3.5 hrs, to achando que vou por uma bateria externa nela ligando na saida do carregador interno dela, ai e so eu andar com uma bateria de 7Ah pra carregar ela usando um Step up kkkk

It's different use cases
The jbl flip, charge, extreme, boombox series are for on go that's why it has much bigger batt capacity

I have the partybox encore as well.
Lately ive been noticing a very quiet rattle when i play low frequency at high volumes, there is rattle coming from the driver itself. If you teared it down before, do you know what can be the reason for that? Im very panicky when it comes to those things with a new product.. is that the driver damaged or the amplifier?

A cho e hỏi khi độ pin thì mình có thể thay đổi hiệu điện thế được k ạ. Như zin của con jbl này là 3.7v, nhưg e độ lên 1 loại pin có hiệu điện thế 7.4v thì có bị s k ạ. E cảm ơn a

bạn có thể tháo rời loa jbl encore được không. tháo ra rất khó, rất nhiều ốc vít và không biết pin ở đâu. Tôi đã thử và thất bại! Lời chào từ đất nước tôi, Ba Lan 😉

That's what brought me here as well. The non-essential Encore has twice the battery life but the cavity for the battery pack in this essential is too small to fit two more cells. I am wondering if there is another cavity elsewhere for a second pack to go and then they wire in parallel or if JBL is that rotten and actually molded a casing for the essential with the lack of space so we cannot upgrade the internal battery capacity!
The best I could see is rebuilding the existing battery pack using 3500 Mah 18650 cells for a 45% increase in capacity but maybe I am missing something.

It is possible to purchase 6800mah battery's online made for the encore essential, a noticeable upgrade. The regular encore has 7500mah and wonder if you could upgrade that one aswell
@@elyad67 could you drop a link for those replacement battery packs? I would be interested to see what the non-essential is running. For some reason I had trouble finding just the batteries from JBL when I looked.

mạch nguồn chắc chỉ khoảng 10V thôi, pin 1S thì độ vi vu, muốn dung lượng lớn hơn thì đặt pin ở trong thùng luôn, và nó quảng cáo là 100W thì chắc là ko tới đâu
