Blue Oud by Lattafa Perfumes
is a Amber Woody fragrance for women and men. Blue Oud was launched in 2018. Top notes are Agarwood (Oud), Black Pepper, Apple and Bergamot; middle notes are Fruits, Musk, Saffron, Sage and Jasmine; base notes are Ambergris, Sandalwood and Guaiac Wood.
This is very complex an aquatic blue with saffron and Oud

It sounds like the result of one of my layering experiments in a bottle! I'd probably still layer by adding an attar like white musk to my wrist and behind the ears.
