why is everyone dropping in so early on the wave? am i wrong? don't want to be a backseat driver or surfer here... but it's definitely noticeable. *also i don't know this wave, perhaps this is a big swell and no one even locals know how to ride it and are figuring it out. educate me people. edit: also, FINALLY some great rides towards the end.
Another sick one!
Yew! We need to link up in 2025
@ I’m way down
Great swell, hoping for more to film.
2025 season should be solid!
Good stuffs.
Thank you!
A nice Holiday gift.
The best!
The cove awakens
Lets goo!
Those looked awesome
Always epic when the cove breaks. It feels like an arena, with the crowd erupting over every epic ride and wipeout.
Wow🥰
Thanks for watching!
Nice footage. What drone are you using here?
DJI Air 3. The ability to switch to the 70mm telephoto camera has been a game changer for us. Here's a link: amzn.to/3PbHq7f
I've been there it's great fun to surf them in winter
Definitely!
What can you say!
Wasn't the swell and wind better the past 2 years?

This is big for san diego. This wave probably breaks once, maybe twice a year.
Devil slides'
Why there…. It’s all close outs
Big sticks for medium sise waves...
They’re slow and mushy waves so the bigger stick helps to paddle in…. I guess
25 second period
Let’s see a video of you out there mister badass
The period is more important than the amplitude. You must not surf big swells very often.
@@boogieheads Exactly.
Mid. The real caliber surf starts from rincon up the coast.
