You can actually freeze the sisi a few days before the event, but it will be darker in color, hunter green to be exact or you could leave it out for 2 days in a cool place so that it doesn’t turn yellow and brown. Lay out the sisi and roll from one end to the other and place in a plastic bag big enough to hold without folding it. Lay it flat in the freezer and take out the night before event to thaw.
