Herc was the worst cop in every way. He should never have made sergeant. He ruined Randy’s life due to his incompetence
john mckay Presbo was a good cop - behind a desk doing investigation. But yeah it’s a good thing he ended up teaching because that was obviously his greatest strength

Colicchio was just a big meathead asshole convinced he was right at all times and that the city was just a warzone, not a place people live. In the two others you meet the child versions of Omar and also one with young Prop-Joe. I wish to god they would have made 1 with all the top 20-30 charachters.
