For folks "unable to locate correct entity info.: starting at 5:05, the "Create incident" step is INadequately explained; is GSA+FSD added even a 2 min. clip with screenshots and gotchas regarding adding attachements, they would do a GREAT service to EVERYone !
I have our entity info entered correctly, but the system is not "finding" it and not displaying it in the list. This TH-cam instructs us to then click "create incident" if our entity is not listed - - however - - there is NO "create incident" button to click. We are just going 'round and 'round. What's the solution if your organization (entity) doesn't come up?
@@maymaygong279 Also when you are in your Workspace, there is a link in the blue word "Entities". It's under the word Workspace on the left side and is in smaller font than Workspace. That will take you to what seems like a hidden page that lists FSD Incidents. I found out about it by calling the FSD. I had uploaded my Articles of Organization and for some reason that was not adequate for them to verify my business. I uploaded a couple of other documents and am waiting to hear on that. This may not be the step that you are on since you haven't created an incident yet, but it's something to keep in mind after you do create the incident.
When pressing "Get Started" it does not give me 2 options like the video shows, it gives me 3. Those 3 options are confusing and I am not sure which one to choose. This video needs to be updated.
The video shows the UEI being provided immediately after the information is submitted. I've been waiting several weeks. How long does it actually take to get a UEI only assigned?
You did not show or state what an applicant does if they accidentally have a type o in the input of their address. I contacted FSD help desk and was told to submit a notarized letter, yet FSD came back and rejected the notarized letter for it missed the UEI. So no go here.
So far from myside, when i made SAM for a company, it's important to have a zip code, or a post code . If you don't have in your country, try to register a new entity and provide the details of your address including the street name and building number and even the floor and finally the company office number, soon you will receive an email to make sure you are real , within 15 days , your address is registered , so you can go ahead with other information.

Tracy did you hear back from FSD and get an UEI? I just started the process two days ago and had to create an incident report. It looks like there are delays in entity validation processing...I'm just trying to figure out a timeline.
So, if I am valid, I have this issue....You sent me a 6 digit number to login...then honor me and validate my address. Offer me a way to mail in your documents you seek and lets go from their. I have a distressed situation in real life.

I can't find our information in SAM, please add a connection to NCAGE so we can see our company information for register too pleased.

The town of Whittier AK does not have physical addresses that are recognized by outside entities
