I realized today after finally having Joanna's newest video show up that I hadn't seen any from you ,Luke and Nile in a really long time. TH-cam seems to be messing around and not sending notifications again. So I am binge watching the ones I have missed. Nile'a video showed up right before Joanna's did. I made sure to like each one too.

No need for the danger! I am a gymnastics coach and almost pooped my pants when I saw you guys try the handstand on the blocks onto the floor! Scared the crap out of me!
You guys should do another video like this and include:
- continuous handstand pops (blocking) on tumbltrak
- handstand hold (on beam, hands facing forward and/or sideways, legs in a split haha)
- handstand hold (on p bars)
- handstand hold on canes (the ones hand balancers and acro gymnasts use)
- try handstand hold on tramp
- try handstand planche hold
- try 1 arm handstand
- handstand pirouettes (floor)
- handstand walking (back and forth down the floor panels or just in any direction)
- if you guys are comfortabe with it, handstand while rolling on a skateboard (hands facing sideways) my dad used to always do this when he was younger but I never tried haha
So, Ash' is Handstand Man, and Joanna is Standing Girl. Does that make Luke, Muscle Man and Nile Skater Boy ⁉️😜👍

please Please PLEASE look into some type of mouth guard. I had braces back in middle school wrestling. One of 2 kids. I had a shitty mouth guard, other guy didn't. Long story short, other guy took a shoulder to the mouth and _shredded_ the *F^ck* outta the inside of his lips.
