Malamar SOLO SCEPTILE 7 star raid - Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Gewaldro Tera Raid Calamanero

here is my first solo build versus Sceptile 7 star raid:
*Build:*
Malamar (M) @ Shell Bell
Ability: Contrary
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 200 Atk / 252 Def / 56 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Tera Blast
- Superpower
- Reflect
- Skill Swap
*Strategy:*
- use Skill Swap on Sceptile first to give Sceptile the ability Contrary
- because this will inverts the stats of Sceptiles using Dragon Dance, it means minus attack and minus speed stats
- otherwise Sceptile will be extremly fast on +6 attack stats and will make much much damage
- now use Superpower three times to unlock your tera (fairy) and let Malamar go down
- if your Malamar not down, use Terablast one or two times until it is down!
- it's important your Malamar go down because after the respawn you have already the ability Contrary
- now use Superpower to increase your attack and defense stats after Respawn
- if you want you can make reflect at first after respawn and then use Superpower for being safer
- if you need a heal go in tera and use Terablast between
- use Superpower and Terablast in alternation
- the more Superpower you use the more damage will make Terablast and the more heal you will get
- if you on +6 attack stats use Terablast until the raid is over
- it's not fast strategy but safe
