Ko Olina is starting to grow on me! I just did the Four Seasons 2 lagoons down so check that Ko Olina hotel as well - th-cam.com/video/TdvaA6F7YfA/w-d-xo.html
Ko Olina is my favorite place on the island. Because it's away from the hustle and bustle, it is one of the few places where I fully relax and decompress.
What I LOVE about your Videos is that there is NO Annoying Music in the Background!! I can't watch some of these videos about Hawaii cuz People pick such Horrible music!! Your videos are SO Detailed!!! Thank you SO Much!
Spot on review, KO Olina to me is more of a destination type resort where you stay put more or less for your whole stay, as there really isn't anyplace in that part of the island to explore, IMHO, a place for relaxing and enjoying the sun. BTW, there is a place in the center across from Aulani where the Monkeypod restaurant is located called the Island Country Market that has more affordable options for snacks, food and drinks then the resorts, its an ABC store with a more upscale name but priced the same. Hoping you'll do a review of the Turtle Bay resort soon, would love to see your take on it.
How did you book this on points? I am only finding it via the Chase portal at 50-55k points roughly. If I look on the Marriott website there is tons of availability with cash but when I switch to points it says unavailable. Thanks
This property is VERY hard to find with points redemption available and then even harder for more then 2 days at a time. Because I live on O’ahu I am very flexible with my stay dates which allowed me to get this stay. You need to check far in advance and often. Good luck 👍
@@suitesandlobbies Thanks. I’ll keep looking. Honeymoon for the kids and trying to help navigate points and miles and then they got this referral lol. sigh

Yes, so many others feel the same way, Ko Olina, Turtle Bay, and Kahala are the only real quiet resort/areas on O'ahu.

We just came back from the same place and everything was great. Clean and relaxing
Great video. We were there the same week. Near the beginning of your video there’s 2 people playing cornhole in the background That’s my son and I lol
Classic! Such a great place, can't wait to go back.

Thank you and yes, Turtle Bay is on my radar, hoping for a good price soon so I can review.
I really enjoyed this video! I’ve been back home for a week now and missing Oahu so much❤

If staying in a villa get steaks at Costco and grill is a good way to go.
Smart! Costco is nearby in Kapolei for those that don't know.
😮
$26 for loco moco?! 3 times the price you can buy outside.
Yep, pricing at resorts is steep, but the whole state is expensive now, don't think you can find a good loco moco below $12 anywhere.
