The K/D phenomenon IS a problem for objective based games. Most of the players define themselfes and their skill by the K/D ratio. It's what's obvious to their fellow players and opponents. If developers and the community wanted to change that, this data should be displayed in in a privat section only. Even better: not at all. Especally in realistic shooters like Insurgency Sandstorm. No soldier in real life gets a statistic after each battle. Just give players credit for achieving objectives.
@@yajj I think there is a significant difference between a report that is based on one's own perception and the statistics that a computer spits out after a video game match.
Coming from primarily a Co-Op objective player - there a couple more points to make: 1- When a player is entering a doorway slowly (or pie'ing the door), do NOT stand right behind him. "Cluster F---" leaves him with no immediate exit; you both could die by a grenade or get flashed 2- When defending a recently taken objective. Work as a team. Hold angles on doorway entry points or choke points. Do NOT run around the objective like it's CoD. You expose yourself, teammates hear you run and could shoot you as they spin expecting an enemy cuz they hear a lot of movement 3- Defending an objective; If you are seen holding an angle on a door/entry way and then leave. Another teammate might expect you still to be there while holding another entryway and get run up on. FIND an angle and stick to it. Most new players do this cuz they hear more action from another direction and get kill hungry 4- If a teammate is holding an angle of a window and there is a door to the side that is shut. Do NOT kick the door down and then leave. The man holding the window overlooking the walkway is using the sound que of the door to let him know to focus on the door. Door being kicked down creates no sound que and is just another line of sight - seen this too many times 5- Smoke works I guess on PvP; Smoke is problematic in PvE. AI just shoots thru it. Nothing will make Observers switch to Rifleman faster than a Commander calling smoke on every objective. "Fragging" has also been known to happen That's five on the top of my head (some I witnessed today)
God, I fucking hate dudes that just kick doors down all fucking day, or never shut them after they exit a room. I can lock a whole objective down by staying quiet and relying on sound ques to ambush my enemy. Then I get that one schmuck that kicks my main door to pieces, and now I have to watch it to make sure no one just barges in and kills me.
When I first played this game, I was running with an AK74u and came around a corner and exchanged fire with someone and killed him but what was interesting was my recoil sprayed up and to the left and another enemy ran around the corner and got killed by one of my stray bullets. More than any game I’ve ever played, you really have to pay attention to your surroundings. Another tip is to pay attention to dead bodies, if you enter a pathway and see several dead team mates, choose another path.
unfortunately, unless you have your friends play as your team mate, these weaknesses will be expanded when play with random people. most of the time the teammate I had goes for the "fansy" classes, goes for higher K/D and running&gunning, no teamwork, no tactics, and they all got maw down when they try to cap a point. having some reliable teammates are rare cases, but every time when I have teammates that play team tactics, the victory is sweetest. anyway, thank you for the good video.

I totally agree with the last point , theres been so many times where ive sat there screaming at the tv because the people just wont play the objective and it irritates me to no end .
Oh yeah, revenge knowledge is also key, this is why relocating to new areas is important, after each successful ambush on an enemy wave, it's best to find a different location to take vantage of, or if you're good enough, ambush any oncoming players instead.
I put my self in a mood when I play this game. I want my team to survive so I’m taking shots at the enemy as quickly and efficiently as possible to save them. Remember, they have a family back at home
I think that learning the movement is the best way to avoid death via being caught out in the open. MGE Gibs plays super aggressive, but he does a couple things that every player should take advantage of. Ex crouch jumping through windows, and going from sprint directly to crouch which allows you to shoulder your weapon almost instantly (reduced ADS time). good vid
This was a incredibly well put together video from tips and structure to editing but the only bad part i can point out is that ultra wide aspect ration is a bit distracting when watching on a 16:9 aspect ratio. Do keep it up because this was a very enjoyable video to watch!
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it. Yeah, the ultrawide aspect ratio is definitely a little jarring, but there's not much I can do about it. I play in 3440x1440 and if I record or export in 16:9, everything just looks squashed and weird. The Ground Branch video I posted a couple weeks ago is a good example of how bad it looks lol. But on the plus side, I do know there are some people who enjoy the more cinematic look as well, so it's kind of a "pick your poison" situation haha. Hope to see you around in my future videos! Thanks for the support.
@@CallsignChris I play in 5120x1440 (32:9, Samsung Odyssey Neo G9) and I just change the aspect ratio in Premire Pro, which give me black bars - and then just zoom in to show remove those black bars which gives a native 16:9. The good thing about that, is that I can always zoom out or move to camera to show the viewers something they would've missed. Let me know if you want help figuring it out, brother! :) Great video and Merry Christmas!
@@elakpucko3 Dude, that's an awesome idea! Thanks for the tip. I'll have to look into trying it sometime. I personally love the ultrawide look in gaming videos, but I know it's not for everyone. I'll mess around with it :)
Agreed on utilizing the class to it’s fullest. A good class player vs a bad class player will make or break the match. A good marksman is not only a great shot but a greater scout. A good demo player (fucking love these guys) wrecks technicals and helicopters immediately, and can quickly take out the demo stash. A good gunner can suppress the hell out the enemy and support the marksman by keeping them off the team. A good observer stays close to the commander and STAYS ALIVE. A good commander knows when and when not to use certain support. And to communicate what his plans are to the team BEFORE they push in. And a good breacher always takes point, kicks in doors and most importantly, is effective at holding objectives when the team is on its last leg. If you can’t do those things to your team’s advantage, than pick another class and free up that one.
@That20thCenturyGuy A good rifleman is good support system for everyone. Doesn’t rush in like a lone wolf only to get in the commander or demo guy’s way or get himself killed. Covers the team’s flanks and vulnerable points like doors and windows. Rifleman is versatile, as he can engage enemies at long distances or in close quarters effectively. Most importantly, understands the importance of all of the roles and accommodates them.
the adrenaline I feel when Im chilling at a point and it says blocking and then you can see my character screaming that there is an enemy. camping is a legitimate strategy and if you hold your ground and don't peek you will win most gunfights like have never peeked a corner somebody is guarding and lived and the same when Im guarding a spot
Hey, what's up, man! I played this game four times before seeing your video and I went from being on the bottom to being second on the scoreboard twice in a row! 10kills 0 assists and 4 deaths 🙂↕️ It's crazy how much fun I'm having with this game!! it's what modern warfare was meant to be like in my opinion! Anyway thank you man!
Nice video I kinda always played this game like cod and it sometimes worked but when playing against a skilled lobby I would just get destroyed. These are good tips hope your channel gets bigger.
I am level 650 now and watched a lot of tips and tricks videos one tip I would like to add is only go alone if you’re planning a surprise attack other than that stick with a teammate Or lead an assault with two or more players if you die alone no one knows where you got shot from I think you get what I’m trying to say
Small tip, smoke grenades can be very useful for attackers when pushing through the objective. You can hear enemies talking behind walls and get an easy kill. Always stick close to the commander if you play as an observer
Huh, this is really helpful. I'm trying my best to avoid sprinting around, so this hammers it home for me. If I could...I'd love to see a video from you talking about maybe some generalized pros and cons of each of the classes...or maybe some tips for people learning a class. That "don't put a grip on your bolt action" is kinda what I mean. In hindsight that's super obvious...but since I'm lvl10 right now I know for a fact I'll make that mistake if someone like you doesn't tell me.
A lot of the tips just boil down to knowing your role and the maps. Say, for demo or gunner, since they are fundamentally different than other classes. Your main job as a gunner is to lock down avenues of attack and to just be a big gun nobody wants to walk in front of (or be behind cover when they're around). So, bring a heavy carrier to make sure you've got enough ammo for suppressive fire and pick the gun best suited for your map. Depending on the map, you may want a gun that can have a loading grip like the M60, as they reload so slow that if you are alone and holding down a line of sight, you could be letting the enemy through. Something to consider, but not necessary if you have a single teammate watching your ass. With demo, you still want a heavy carrier, but this time, it's for hauling all of your explosives. Your one job as demo is to make things go boom. So bring the boom, and skip the fancy rifles along with their attachments. At most, a sight on your rifle. Your job is to blow shit up. Your rifle is to kill stray enemies or to pin them down long enough that you can eviscrate them. Observer protects commander and points out potentially good calls for fire support, but is otherwise a rifleman. Knowing how to use smokes is a good bonus. Advisor is just a rifleman with different weapon picks. Marksman is a flanking and defensive class. So consider skipping a carrier if you'll be flanking a lot. You'll be lighter and faster, meaning you can catch people off guard. The rest are really self-explanatory, with the commander being a nearly completely different game entirely. Just look up commander guides and support spots on certain maps. There is way too much to explain here for commander.
Just wanted to say I wouldn’t expect you to be sub 4k subscribers the way this video is put together. For a new content creator you’re ahead of the game. You just gained a new subscriber bro, hoping all the best
Utilize your throawbles the way they are intended. Throw smoke to mask your movements, not to close distance through it. Prep a room for entry with a frag or flash (and cook it first). Incendiary grenades block chokepoints from being passed through (can be useful in defending objectives or blocking off exits while attacking).
its soooo hard to suck at Insurgency, its the most well balanced game i've played. and i come from playing the battlefield series for around 10 years. Insurgency is like next level battlefield. not to Mil Sim, and not that Arcadey. perfectly balanced. i only wish there were more western urban maps
You are missing quite a bit that would be important to know such as movement, out of bounds flanks, knowing when to spawnkill and how to counter it but besides that you got most the basics down. One thing I could add is use crouch jumping to get over obstacles faster and into more advantageous angles around the map. Also playing aggressive is entirely viable you just have to know how to play around the map: map knowledge is by far the biggest skill gap in the game learning where the enemy team can and cant be at anytime will save you from wasting your time and help you find the quickest way to get to the obj unncontested
While you’re completely right about how those are all great tactics, the reason why I didn’t add those is because they’re not really basic when you’re talking about someone who has never played a punishing game like this before where their personal K/D doesn’t determine the outcome. You have to keep in mind a lot of the new wave of players coming in are basically playing their first milsim-esque game.
My current issue is sensitivity and mouse DPI settings, I currently run at 2400dpi with .175 look-around sens and 0.87ads sens It overall feels great for me but when it comes to recoil control, it sucks. I've also tried changing sens just for recoil control and it either doesn't look great enough or I absolutely kill precision.
I started playing Sandstorm this week and I can definitely say the Gunner is my class. I have watched any video and can play the class pretty well. I am guilty of running around a bit too much with other classes and dying fast.
I loved the video. The only advice that I would give, look into some sort of noise gate for your audio. Specifically, for your mic audio. You want to get rid of the sound of your tongue flopping around. That will help the quality of your videos tremendously by itself. I felt like I was more focused on the background noise than I was the actual message. Great and accurate message though.
having a high kd ratio is always great because the enemy team has to wait to respawn in this game and it reduces their waves. It is possible to win a match without playing the objective if your kd ratio is so insane that the enemys run out of waves before the timer on frontline. I also have seen the defending team lose all their waves on push many times.
Yeah, I think people who are actually good enough to achieve that are very few. Enough that their names are known to others who play the same servers. It's usually people around level 2000. It's really easy to win matches if you get really good at taking objectives. I've won matches in like under 5 minutes by doing this. Get to their cache and blow it up before they even have a chance to catch up and realize what's happening. Demo class is especially good because a single RPG will detroy the cache.
This game needs more recognition...its very good and adddicting...i struggled the first days then i manadge to flank and kill enemies alone before gettin killed...most matches have positive resulta
Good video. I just started this game and man.. l love the realism of this game. Most importantly, I enjoy working as a team. Learning how to clear rooms and being more cautious with my movements is super cool. In this game, using headsets would be really useful to everyone as communication would be helpful in completing missions. Plus it’s great to know when your teammates cleared a room and your notified before running into an ambush. The AI’s are great too.
This sounds like the most obvious thing, but it’s really the most important: pay attention. There are a couple of ways to hone in on important information that will save your life. The first thing is sight. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been spectating a teammate and basically screamed at my screen for them to notice an enemy sprint by in the corner of their eye. Don’t get tunnel vision. Scan for movement, your eyes will track easily if you aren’t overly focused on your crosshair, and you’ll be shocked at how many more enemies you’ll notice even at long distance. Look for tiny shapes, a shoulder, a head, the barrel of a rifle; looking for a big silhouette won’t help you much, as someone in the open will be obvious anyway. The next thing is sound. Any time you hear a gunshot, take note of where it came from. Was it from high ground? Does it sound like it’s on the move? Is there more than one shooter? Was kind of weapon was it? Then, think about what the goal might have been. Were they shooting you or an ally? Was it just suppressive fire or was it precise? The same goes for all footsteps too. Really analyzing the sounds of battle when you aren’t immediately threatened can really help to paint a wider tactical picture of the battlefield, allowing you to take advantage. The last thing is putting both together, and keeping track. When you see or hear an enemy but end up losing them, don’t just go goldfish brain and pretend they no longer exist, remember that there is an enemy somewhere in that vicinity. Keep in mind where your allies are. If you hear gunshots and notice an ally get dropped off the minimap, an enemy is either watching that area, or is in that area. When you see your buddy get blasted as soon as he peeks an angle, remember that YOU ARE NOT HIM. Don’t re-peak, your aim and reaction time are not faster than the other guy reflexively clicking. Instead, take note of possible locations for that opponent and their movements, then move to somewhere where you can now get the jump on them.
Nice, thanks! Ive been playing Bf4 lately but ive been thinking about getting into this game, now i know how i can approach to this type of game. Very well explained:D
Some just don't get that this game is not Call of Duty... just running around and shooting will get you instantly dead as it would in real life.... believe me!
Just started playing this game. Spent 13 yrs in the military and this game is actually really reality based bullet penetration recoil sound even the time it takes to do a combat reload vs a regular reload the weapon swapping is my only nit pic it could be just a bit faster especially with some of the combat slings they have you can essentially just drop your primary weapon it will hang on you and swap to secondary or grenades or whatever.
My new favorite game, 2nd day in and I have gotten sooo much better. My main thing was slowing down and taking my time and talking to my team and working for the objective
Guilty of all 3, especially when I first started. I play 3-4 hours a week so it's mostly co-op, where these points still stand. But I'll try versus modes with these in mind when I next get a chance. Tend to get mowed down as if I was a bot most of the time
Yeah, co-op and versus are way different in terms of playstyles. I find the co-op in this game tends to teach people bad habits. Hope this helped and makes your versus experience better! Check out my newer videos for some more tip to help out in your versus journey :)
【Shades Finnish Pirates】This was actually very good, i am innocent ! But as i saw other players jojoing from inside the building to outside to pick on kills, i was sitting inside as a breacher waiting for enemies it starts to feel you are not helping your team and now i know i was doing the right thing like surviving is a valid option in a gun fight you know so thank you for the tips!
I enjoy playing 'Advisor' as the Scar with 6x scope & laser allows me to pick off targets at range or I can take & hold objectives depending on the situation.
2 tips, have low ping and know the maps. TTK is super fast with this game one bullet to the head, maybe 5max if it's small cal vs full armor, so he who pull the trigger first, wins. Map awareness for the same reason, so you avoid unnecessary look out and know where to aim
annoyingly my only issue is recoil control. my hands are not very stable and are often a bit shaky so trying to play a sniper is annoying (also because for some reason i jerk the mouse whenever i fire using a sniper, i don't do it with any other weapon weirdly) but the only thing i've had an issue with is controlling recoil of weapons, though i am getting better
In games like counter strike and Battlefield, players usually hate campers. In co-op pve, camping is essential to the game. Knowing where to place yourself inside or outside a building is key. And leaning is important which gives you enough cover for reloading etc Know that camping at one spot for too long can be compromising. The enemy might throw a grenade or IED you
I think I'm just used to Fast Pace shooters hell this feels Fast Pace to me sometimes when you want to shoot out but you can't maneuver how you do on Call of Duty also I think it's a corner thing you have to check every corner sometimes enemies just pop up out of nowhere seems like and one shot you
Playing on PC is easy. Super more practical for holding weapon recoil. In control, if I hold my finger to fire a shot at someone five meters away from me, I might miss most of the shots lol.But that's right! Good video! It's exactly like this... If you rush, you die. I'm getting into the habit of playing without a backpack to have more agility, and wow, what a difference that makes in this game!
Great video! Another thing, watching this on PC is like day and night compared to PS5 that’s locked at 60FPS. I would say that would also help in not sucking having a higher FPS. It can be quite difficult to see enemies even after the update.. How Enlisted has 120FPS that’s free to play and Insurgency/ HLL don’t, is mind boggling.
Totally agree. I'm usually the top score regardless of K/D, I play as commander. Stop rushing in when a call for fire support is inbound! It kills the commander. It's like herding cats. most don't work as a team and die alone. This game is actually easy if you know what you're doing.
I love covering my teammates . I love that feeling when my team takes off running and I’m kind of far back but I turn around and see one more person further behind me . I’ll stop and cover for them to catch up while I hold the 6…..then I take a stray bullet to the head . Atleast my team made it safe 😮💨
I ❤ Sandsturm. Nice Video. Pro Tip: dubble Tab R = quickreload gut you löst the old one. In CoOp quick reload at Box = M, then F1. Ist faster then hold F for 3 sek
I'm enjoying the game, although one of the major issue I have is the unrealistic recoil. These are supposed military troops and combatants, but they can't even mitigate recoil like they're an infant with a fully auto rifle. Even with the most stable of guns, you can barely spray them even at close range, it flies everywhere. Also, hip (or point) fire is barely useable which is another big let down. It's like the character is holding the gun with spaghetti arms... and while we're at it, might as well make another point which is that the characters seems to have zero inertia, as in they spring one direction and do a full 180 and continue in other direction with barely any deceleration as if they are weightless. I know, some of these things may be corrected as I become higher level, but you're still a trained soldier at Level 1, so yeah. Otherwise, pretty good game and for the price too (compared to 80$ games out there).
Today I got a decent k/d and secured seven objectives in domination. Top of my team on the winning side for the first time. Felt fucking fantastic. If you're playing the objective and defending yourself, your k/d will be decent. I recently discovered Free For All. Thats good for getting the k/d fever out your system.
Noob here, though I have played Rainbow Six and RS Siege. I find this to be the best of the bunch, I much prefer the scale, country side and urban environments. After about 20 hours game play I have played every class and tried most weapons. I find I am drawn to the Rifleman and Marksman, I prefer holding down lanes, taking over watch positions to protect the objective. Sadly despite doing so I feel fairly positively for the most part, there are still those who complain that I am "not playing the objective". Which by the way I do get right in and defend when there are fewer opportunities to snipe etc.
Thanks for the advice, I'm definitely the one thinking I can play like it's cod but after watching your video and some others I play a lot slower now 😅 and great video keep it up you earned a subscriber
Honestly iv done so much better at this game since using the point grip w/full auto. Holding objectives and having the quicker aim speed is awesome. I generally run demo and use ak setups with drums and point grip, giving me ammo to burn. And that's after iv dumped an RPG through the window. The bit about less sprinting is excellent advice, keep the noise down and the gun up!
when i first tried the game my KD was so bad I shocked, 18 deaths no kills because I was playing it like COD. The tip: try to survive, support your teammates to take objective, bring some smokes to cover yourself and your teammates, they help a lot, more people on the objective means you can take its faster.
Another tip. Regardless of the side, always wear a gas mask. When giving orders and mumbling, the character speaks very loudly and this ends up showing his position. Slow steps and gas mask 👌
Man, I consider myself as new player and at first 10 hours of the game I just died a lot, I mean A LOT because I usually play CoD or BF and just go charge up front and ended up dead. I stopped playing the game for almost a year because of that. And then right now I am playing again at 30 hours of gameplay, now I can say myself that I am better at this game because I have to be patience and think carefully when to charge and utilize everything including pick up grenade, launcher, weapon, just spam at enemies while looking to cover yourself and paying attention to teammates.
What definitely confused me about Sandstorm was not getting any kill confirmed signalization, and the hidden K/D ratio most of the match. I disliked that when I started playing the game, but the more you play the more it makes sense. It isn't important if you get the kill or have a positive K/D ratio, if you cap the objective, and defend/neutralize it. That's where your credit will be given. I had games where I was 5:0:6 with 3 capped objectives and I was first place against guys that were 20:0:2 type shit. Because the game seriously pushes the team perspective rather than the individual. So my advice is look at the map strategically and try to devise plans to capture objectives.
I know this may be obvious, but is there a walking button on controller? I know you can just move the stick slightly, but I swear I've seen some people use a certain button for it. Nice vid btw
I’m not sure as I’m a PC player, but moving the stick slightly might be your best bet. ADSing does slow you down a fair bit, but on PC, the dedicated walk button slows you down even more and makes you move silently. And thank you!

Yeah i try and fight by ammos cheap lifes not. Your better off just throwing a few rounds down
Yeah, I surprised myself with that just today.
Thats why i randomly teamkilling before game start so i wont get to kill random teammate behind walls by accident

Great video and Merry Christmas!
@@elakpucko3 Dude, that's an awesome idea! Thanks for the tip. I'll have to look into trying it sometime. I personally love the ultrawide look in gaming videos, but I know it's not for everyone. I'll mess around with it :)
@@CallsignChris Watching this on a 3440x1440 and i play at it too, so this was perfect for me lmao
Most importantly, understands the importance of all of the roles and accommodates them.
love love love getting compliments using that marksman class the correct way then even more so when clutching an obj lol
Tip #2 good advice! I'm playing local against bots, but I will make sure I'm using the strengths of my class.
the adrenaline I feel when Im chilling at a point and it says blocking and then you can see my character screaming that there is an enemy.
camping is a legitimate strategy and if you hold your ground and don't peek you will win most gunfights like have never peeked a corner somebody is guarding and lived and the same when Im guarding a spot
Hey, what's up, man! I played this game four times before seeing your video and I went from being on the bottom to being second on the scoreboard twice in a row! 10kills 0 assists and 4 deaths 🙂↕️
It's crazy how much fun I'm having with this game!! it's what modern warfare was meant to be like in my opinion! Anyway thank you man!
So many good lessons here that apply just as well in other milsim like shooters. Great video!
Thank you! Glad it helped! Check out my other tips video if you want some more in-depth tips :)
Nice video I kinda always played this game like cod and it sometimes worked but when playing against a skilled lobby I would just get destroyed. These are good tips hope your channel gets bigger.
Glad you enjoyed it!
so we just hacve to see evzerything and shoot without hesitation
Hell let loose really humbles you in the k/d aspect real quick
I can play that game with only a couple of kills and still be satisfied great game
True that it is a great game
Good stuff man. This channel is gonna grow fast. Would love to see a gun tier list from ya at some stage
Thanks, really appreciate the kind words. The tier list could be a fun idea
Yeah a tier list would be great
Good video man, keep it up with the quality!
Thanks, will do!
One more thing while i would add, is use smokes while pushing into the objective or while capturing objectives
I am level 650 now and watched a lot of tips and tricks videos one tip I would like to add is only go alone if you’re planning a surprise attack other than that stick with a teammate Or lead an assault with two or more players if you die alone no one knows where you got shot from I think you get what I’m trying to say
Don't run around like it's call of duty? 😂😂
Yeah I used to play HC bf1 was great preparation for this game
“K/D doesn’t matter”
*laughs in spawncamp*
5:56 (lol)
my brother, have you not heard of the church of st. mosin w/ 1-credit 4x, loading grip, and greased bolt?
My current issue is sensitivity and mouse DPI settings,
I currently run at 2400dpi with .175 look-around sens and 0.87ads sens
It overall feels great for me but when it comes to recoil control, it sucks.
Sometimes I get kick votes for sniping - while I flanked the objective and pick off the incoming attacking waves😅
Yeah, I figured it out after this video haha. I had a different mic back then and was recording with the gain too high lol
having a high kd ratio is always great because the enemy team has to wait to respawn in this game and it reduces their waves. It is possible to win a match without playing the objective if your kd ratio is so insane that the enemys run out of waves before the timer on frontline. I also have seen the defending team lose all their waves on push many times.
True, but the players that rack up KDRs high enough to win this way is definitely the minority - especially the new guys coming in haha
Just have teammates who can thin out the enemy waves while your teammates does the objective.
Not in many word's, BRILLIANT. Thanks
Nice, thanks! Ive been playing Bf4 lately but ive been thinking about getting into this game, now i know how i can approach to this type of game. Very well explained:D
Play for your team not for yourself is the most difficult thing to do for the 92% of the players
Some just don't get that this game is not Call of Duty... just running around and shooting will get you instantly dead as it would in real life.... believe me!
Good tips. It's very common to see players make the mistakes you talk about here.
Good points; it really helps put things in perspective as a new player.
【Shades Finnish Pirates】This was actually very good, i am innocent ! But as i saw other players jojoing from inside the building to outside to pick on kills, i was sitting inside as a breacher waiting for enemies it starts to feel you are not helping your team and now i know i was doing the right thing like surviving is a valid option in a gun fight you know so thank you for the tips!
the thing is why the dev added grips to bolt action ?
No played for a while forgot the know who but this reminded me of- great vid
I enjoy playing 'Advisor' as the Scar with 6x scope & laser allows me to pick off targets at range or I can take & hold objectives depending on the situation.
2 tips, have low ping and know the maps. TTK is super fast with this game one bullet to the head, maybe 5max if it's small cal vs full armor, so he who pull the trigger first, wins. Map awareness for the same reason, so you avoid unnecessary look out and know where to aim
3:13 could someone please tell me what weapon he is using here?
Vector
annoyingly my only issue is recoil control. my hands are not very stable and are often a bit shaky so trying to play a sniper is annoying (also because for some reason i jerk the mouse whenever i fire using a sniper, i don't do it with any other weapon weirdly) but the only thing i've had an issue with is controlling recoil of weapons, though i am getting better
Your sensitivity might be too high. Try lowering it. Your recoil control and that flicking tendency you have will be a lot more manageable
@@CallsignChris will do
In games like counter strike and Battlefield, players usually hate campers. In co-op pve, camping is essential to the game. Knowing where to place yourself inside or outside a building is key. And leaning is important which gives you enough cover for reloading etc
Know that camping at one spot for too long can be compromising. The enemy might throw a grenade or IED you
I think I'm just used to Fast Pace shooters hell this feels Fast Pace to me sometimes when you want to shoot out but you can't maneuver how you do on Call of Duty also I think it's a corner thing you have to check every corner sometimes enemies just pop up out of nowhere seems like and one shot you
I wish they would add this video in the game and play every time when you start playing because I see guys at level 100 and still doing these things
Just started and I don’t have enough supplies to build a class
Today I got a decent k/d and secured seven objectives in domination.
Top of my team on the winning side for the first time. Felt fucking fantastic.
If you're playing the objective and defending yourself, your k/d will be decent.
I recently discovered Free For All.
Thats good for getting the k/d fever out your system.
Which One is the best mode for Newcomers?
Co Op
About 7 hrs in and I do all 3. End up bottom of list and maybe if lucky get 1 kill. Great tips I will try and let you know.
Recoil gestion, settings and attachments could be intresting topics :)
You read my mind ;) I got some stuff coming up!
Appreciate you uploading in 4k ultrawide 👌
Thanks for the advice, I'm definitely the one thinking I can play like it's cod but after watching your video and some others I play a lot slower now 😅 and great video keep it up you earned a subscriber
Great tips, thanks Man !
Most important tips: Stick together, Use Smoke, communicate
What's the flank? Behind you?
Honestly iv done so much better at this game since using the point grip w/full auto.
Holding objectives and having the quicker aim speed is awesome.
I generally run demo and use ak setups with drums and point grip, giving me ammo to burn. And that's after iv dumped an RPG through the window.
The bit about less sprinting is excellent advice, keep the noise down and the gun up!
Biggest issue I see is that newer players (even level 200 people sometimes(maybe they are dumb idk)) does not play the objective.
when i first tried the game my KD was so bad I shocked, 18 deaths no kills because I was playing it like COD. The tip: try to survive, support your teammates to take objective, bring some smokes to cover yourself and your teammates, they help a lot, more people on the objective means you can take its faster.
Take a incendiary/molotov they will blow up the destruction objective also on defence it will block a door for 30 seconds
i just run around everywhere with nothing but an anti-materiel rifle to make the game more fun for myself
Another tip. Regardless of the side, always wear a gas mask. When giving orders and mumbling, the character speaks very loudly and this ends up showing his position. Slow steps and gas mask 👌
Underrated TH-camr
Hey, thanks a lot! I’m brand new at this, so I’m trying my best haha
Completely Agree
Thank you for playing with PiP scopes on. It should be forced on I think. Makes no sense that your peripheral acuity increases 8x magically.
You can always go full caveman with no gear at all except an unmodified AK. You can move and change covers super quick
Just started this game yesterday and damn it's so hard. I get killed so many times and most of the time I don't even know where the shot came from
It is not a forgiving game for sure haha
One year later and I keep trying for ppl to not play like it's freaking cod
Are you playing on a widescreen monitor? Because if so, you've got a huge advantage there right off the bat.
Yeah, I am! It definitely does help
does anyone have tips to help identify where you are getting shot from?
How does the focus button work? I play ps5 and Italian triangle and it does nothing lol
I'm guilty of rushing like cod not really checking my corners like we pose too and I'm new so I'm trying get the feel of the load outside too
I suck at playing offline is it harder to play with a.i team mates off line or do i just suck?
Can you make a video of your settings :) ? It looks pretty good :D
Keep it up! Nice work!
Dont choose Observer then run away from your Commander. Lost a few games because my Observer thought he was a Breacher.
How do you make the ads look like that? Only the sight zooms in?
I know this may be obvious, but is there a walking button on controller? I know you can just move the stick slightly, but I swear I've seen some people use a certain button for it. Nice vid btw
I’m not sure as I’m a PC player, but moving the stick slightly might be your best bet. ADSing does slow you down a fair bit, but on PC, the dedicated walk button slows you down even more and makes you move silently.
And thank you!
