what an interesting set of ideas... the idea of seemliness in contemporary capitalism is a very interesting one; i'm not sure i've encountered it recently... but i think i REALLY have issues with some things he says towards the end- that any laws that put impediments on employers/society to employment and the development of an economy- seems reductive and dismissive of the class of people who most need the protection of his ideas... maybe? especially after he spoke about how libertarians don't do policy... hmmm... still there's very interesting ideas here even if i don't agree with him! great post!
