Beautiful Clive! Such gorgeous vibrant colours. I've had a tub of modelling paste for a while now and didn't know how to use it so I'll definitely try this one.
yet t try this as new to it all but , yours looks so good , but do I try to run before I can walk so much to learn , but you are teaching me well thank you
Nice one Clive, I read somewhere, but can't find it now, that I could use Tile Grout/adhesive for modelling paste, is this true, I think it aws an article by Bob Davies. Cheers Alex
Do you have to paint outside with non toxic acrylic paint? Also, if I do paint inside, am I supposed to have a vent? I'm not much of an outside person, it gets cold here as well.
Clive, instead of using modelling paste, could I use gloss heavy gel? Would that give a similar effect? I'm hoping I didn't purchase the wrong medium for this painting, if so I will go back to the store and buy modelling paste.

Clive, instead of using modelling paste, could I use gloss heavy gel? Would that give a similar effect? I'm hoping I didn't purchase the wrong medium for this painting, if so I will go back to the store and buy modelling paste.
Most gels and paste could work but won't thicken the paint my own brand actually thickens the paint but paste will work but takes 48 hrs to dry
CLIVE5ART what brand do you recommend? I live in Canada so I may. It be able to get the same kind, but I hope so. Thank you for your time
Most student based mid range paints are ok I use windsor and newton but most work as well
what did you put on the pallet first? Som white stuff...what was that?
+kristín sigbjörnsdottir th-cam.com/video/b8ooEiZeIHM/w-d-xo.html please watch or it could me myself thickening agent

Try just using a brush with thick paint it should work fine have fun and enjoy 😉
