I would like you to show this sheath mated with a Tek-Loc mount. Seriously.

ever seen these cold steel knives that had the handle para cord wrapped?

Yes, the cord wrapped spike series was the original models. They have been discontinued but we do have some in stock. See them here--> www.osograndeknives.com/catalog/cold-steel-spike-series-891-1.html

Not a fan of Para cord Wrapped handles like the rubbery grips better.

Does anyone know why the original version was discontinued,? I was gonna pick one up this week but I guess I'll get the newest version if there's something wrong with the originals. .

Marc the steel was pretty bad, good for a shiv, but too bad for utility tasks.
Now the 4116 krupp is good enough even for EDC use.

You have a nice helpful video. However your error of continually referring to the Tanto blade as the Tonto blade makes me question your overall integrity.

That is the correct way to say it.

The a is correctly pronounced as a long a vowel sound, as in "ah." He did incorrectly pronounce "Bowie", though. The correct pronunciation of that name sounds like "boo - ee." This is all easy to find information on the Internet. These are very commonly mispronounced.

Faux is pronounced foe, not fox.

They are all with $" Blades, the only difference id the Styles of the Blades I like either the Tanto Point or the Tokyo Spike both would be good for SD use if ever needed etc.

Bowie back cuts are underrated for sure!

Look up The Combat Knife Thrower. He's thrown his spike in a few vids

"Tonto" was the Lone Ranger's companion. "Tanto" is a knife blade style.
