We need that Lens Rebuild, they had a rough start to the season and sold their star players in the summer. It would be interesting to see how you manage that situation

A very nice rebuild, like it. Im managing AC Milan, the first season didn't win anything but ended up in Seria A 2nd with 85pts but Napoli did 90pts.
In second season I won the league (88pts vs 87 from Lazio), Europa League Champion (1-0 over Chelsea) and Copa Italia winners (4-1 against Lazio).
Maingan, Kalulu, Skrinniar, Tomori, Udogye, Barella, Bissouma, Berardi, de Ketelaere, R. Leao, Gonzalo Ramos.

For a long series starting from the bottom maybe try deportivo la Coruña? They have a Big stadium 32k and 25k season ticket holders in real life being in 3rd división. Don't remember wich recent FM they had a couple of 160PA wonderkids.

Looking at the Standings when this video came out, here is a list of clubs that I would like to see rebuilt outside of the UK. Lyon, Ajax, Koln, Celta Vigo, Udinese, and the LA Galaxy.

Like bring say hemel hempstead, southend or stalbans up from the depths of the English pyramid system. to win the prem in 10 years? It was just a idea for you. I swear I suck at these games.
Two saves with Chelsea. Already, sacked either before the end of at the end of the season.
Came 6th and sacked after I lost a final to Liverpool in the carabo, all while sitting in 8th.
Not sure if it's my tactics I'm using, or what. But I would win a game, lose/draw a game every 2/3 games. I was using a 433. Positive.
tactics are the main thing that could drag a mediocre side to being pretty good. I haven’t checked up on fm24 but I believe Chelsea has been far downgraded compared to fm23 which would be the problem.
a 4-2-3-1 worked (similar to the vid but with some tweaks) well for me at chelsea, got Havertz scoring 80 goals in a season as AF. for the current squad, you can look over at fminside on fm24 chelsea which will show you that although the overall rating is degraded there is a lot of potential going around.
I recommend looking over youtube for tactics or work your own with a 4-2-3-1 positive base (as it’s one of the most flexible formations that fits really well w chelsea). first season wont go superb with your currently developing squad but at max it will take you 3 seasons to be good.

I was lucky enough to get Dybala. Then I got Sebastian Coates for pennies. Wanted him for his aerial prowess and leadership. I was chasing Man City for top dog in the first season of my Chelsea save. Ultimately being runner up. Chelsea already has a very strong young squad. So in my case no rebuild was necessary. Second season I offloaded most players got a great price.
Also.. because I had so much spare time in between matches.. I kept scheduling friendlies to keep my big squad fresh.

I’m a beginner at fm I just started a save with chelsea and it’s really hard for me to sell players at the right price. Can u please do a guide on selling for value?
Bit conflicted in my mind about this. I know i shouldnt use 2 playmakers for example but what if my best 2 players are playmakers. If you set a balanced tactic but your best players best roles dont fit the roles in the tactic. For example tou have a 4 star playmaker and a 5 star playmaker best in the team however you have 1 ap and 1 cm in the tactic. The 4 star ap only plays as a 3 or 3.5 as a cm. I suppose the question is should i fit the tactic to my players best roles or should i try and fit players in best i can even though they drop stars playing the role in the tactic

When you rebuild a team you win everything. When I rebuild a team I always get the sack with every team. Can you please tell me how you cheat.
Years of playing and being sacked mate! You learn your lessons, one thing ill say tho is always keep an eye on your teams dynamics. Too many unhappy players can have as bad an affect as a bad tactic, its so important to try and keep them happy
