If anyone doesn't understands the video, here's the context to it,
Talha yunus is the angle of death that's why, he says mein duniya ko dikhta nahi hoon, and after anjum had his accident, he died on the spot, that's why he was able to see yunus at the end
Anjum's part of the song were the flaws he had
And yunus part of the song was the appreciation part for anjum's good deeds,
Talha yunus wasn't writing songs in the book, he was writing the deeds and the name of the people that about to die
Like after the girl died, they showed a clip of the girl on the sofa and younus was there with the book cuz he knew she was about to die
And he was in the room when she died
And similarly when anjum was about to die, he was there in the back seat meaning he knew that anjum is gonna die
And after he died
Anjum could see yunus ( the angel of death and he had the notebook with the names and deeds of the people which about to die and have died)

Yunus's mom died when he was a young kid. He got the news while he was in school, giving an exam. That's why he used the word "imtehaan", which in this case, in my opinion, he's referring to the exam he was giving when he found out the news about his mother's death.
Yunus cried in one of his live performance when that lyric came and he had to leave the stage.
