How to hold the grip of air pistol.

Sir mera ak question hai ki,abhi recent mai mera Delhi state match hua 10m air pistol,usme mai 344 score hi laga paya to kya koi way hai jisse ki mai pre national khel saku,jabki mai apni practice range par 355 to 370+ score laga raha tha,plz iss baare mai kuch batae 🙏

Pree state me fir rah gaye to dubara yahi puchana padega ki ab national kese jau so batter is shoot 390 in practice then next year Dhamake se madel lete huye national jao

Sir ji grip hold me teeno points par pressure grip pakadte hi aaye ya fir rising ke baad aaye! ? Mtlb pistol ke weight se pressure aana chahiye ya grip me hath fansate hi pressure ban jaye? Shayad aapko mera confusion samajh aa gaya ho margdarshan karne ki kripa kare 🙏
