I can't understand why big companies haven't released this type of device for years. I am stuck with an obscure device like the Opus BT-C3100, whose maker is unknown. I have been following your project for a long time and I am waiting for you to develop it with features that I can buy one day. I wish you could use a slightly more user friendly internal display (either a large display or a micro display for each battery/cell) or the ability to attach an external display (touch/analog). In my opinion, the number of buttons is insufficient to use the functions fluently (with the current micro display). It is an unrivaled project when you look at other products on the market, but I think it is quite expensive for home users like me. Thanks for this awesome work.

Thank you for your feedback! Using 2 buttons can be a bit challenging at first, but after you get used to short presses and long presses, it becomes quite intuitive. The main benefit is using the device in combination with a computer. Megacell Monitor has all the information gathered from this device and I have also developed a python library that can be used to control the device and gather data without having to touch the menu. A raspberry pi or other devices can be then used to control and display data coming from the device.
About the price, it's indeed a bit more than what you would pay on regular testing devices and that's because we cannot afford to build millions of these devices and don't have the reach of big companies. I will try to keep pushing this project and if I find a way to mass produce this and sell in multiple markets, I will lower the price as well. But until then we need to survive on this tough market. But for users that are going to put this product to work, it will take just a few days until they see the returns on their investment. Being able to generate QR codes that are then used to generate packs with our software, will save a lot of hours of tedious work. So it depends how you plan to use the device, if it's just a few cells, then an opus or liitokala will be just fine, but if it's hundreds or thousands of cells, then this is totally worth it no matter the cost.

@@thecelldoctor8890 Thank you for your quick response. I agree and realize everything you wrote. As a user, I am an amateur, but I prefer professional devices like yours for my needs. I would like to buy this device to support you.

Hello Alex, yes it have the functions and measurements that one should expect.
May I consider using a large fan under the deck (one for laptops )? even makin an isolated box to send the flux of air where is better, can be an option. For my eyes; I will need to see the display on a larger screen. DO you plan to offer that minimal interfacing ?
May be an USB port for the under fan would be useful (or not ?) . So the pro version have a metal case and more evolved cooling ? We will see tomorrow how to make that deal ! Best regards . Isaac Also, security against inversing polarity should be easy to add , and I ask : are there fuses that are relatively accessible ?

Hi Isaac. The fans installed can handle the cooling for up to 2A per slot on the MCC Pro hobby version and 3A on the MCC Commercial (metal case). There's an USB port already installed. There's reverse polarity implemented on MCC PRO already.
