Thanks for that - I dismantled a LiPo motorcycle battery yesterday and had similar issues to you - even down to a flash of the knife cutting apart the tape!

I wish I'd seen your video first - I damaged the casing so I broke mine for parts. But I might retrieve the pouches and test them more thoroughly to see if I can find the original problem anyway, and maybe keep good ones for the next project.
