1st part was beautiful, 2nd part even better. Please continue sir...would love to see how you restore that paint and remove the rust. The bike is beautiful and you are very skilled. Congratulations from Portugal
you could probably dig up some Model J reference materials ... that would be a job in itself. i use lead shot in old petrol tanks, run it like a maracas .... it breaks up the crud, so you can clean it out, and gives it a thin lead coat inside.
Back in the 70s i road a Honda 90 farm bike around the paddocks. Its still parked in the old farm shed in a very dilapidated condition. Unfortunately its 3500km from where I live and my shed is full as it is, so there it stays. Maybe one day Ill rescue it.
Definitely going to fully rebuild the Mechanicals. But the plan is to keep the body work as is remove the loose rust and coat it with some kind of metal preservative. Maybe boiled linseled oil.
Price is always subjective isn't it. The bike been in the family for 50 od years and I hope to pass in on to my daughter when I kick the bucket. They are not an uncommon bike though and seem to be selling for between 30 to 50thou aussie dollars.

NUBE
The incorrect spelling of noob or newb.
Only noobs spell this word as 'nube'.
And thus I have learned 😅
