GAF Set to Conduct War Games in Foni Kansala to Enhance Personnel’s Operational Efficiency

The Gambia Armed Forces is set to conduct war games in Foni in the West Coast Region. Already, the military has amassed troops of a battalion size in the southern flank of the country in readiness for the field training exercise designed to enhance the operational efficiency of the military in responding to insurgency, internal disorder, and other national security threats if the need arises. The army commander explained the modus operandi of this war games in a press briefing held at the Defense Headquarters in Banjul.
