A longplay for SMB3 hack is Super Mario Bros. Chaos Control.
Super Mario Bros Chaos Control features all new levels and a brand new story. In this game Bowser has obtained a new powerful Jewel that gives him Chaos Control over the Mushroom Kingdom. Playing as Mario you must stop Bowser and make sure the jewel is in safe hands. This fan made revision of SMB3 was created by Schwa.

I dowloaded it. I had to patch it though. Luckily it worked perfect with just any ordinary Mario 3 rom. At any rate the game is beautiful. Harder than the original and just as fun which is honestly the first time I've ever found a game like this. It's amazing. An actual challenge even though I'm already good at Mario. But you can't even get past the second world unless you get a hammer.
Hi. I want to make a Super Mario Bros 2 (NES) video request, if you're interested. Years ago, I played the game, and due to my very young age at the time, I unknowingly played backwards. And you know what's interesting? I think I'm mixing up some memories and games I played, to create a "new memory" that never actually happened. I can't explain it well. Well, anything, I think on the NES, I played a game where I entered a small lair and fought a boss similar to Birdo. But this "fake memory" from the combo gives me a vision you could make, if you're interested.
Mario in a level similar to W1-L3, traveling to the left, through waterfalls, logs, and "flat hills." Basically a level with hardly any ground, so a lot of hopping. Mario reaches the end at the left, where there is a door on a small "hill." He enters. Now he is on the left side inside a small room. Brownish (like inside a vase). A bridge or a blue/brown platform a Birdo would stand on (see Birdo fights to refresh your memory). Door on the left, Bowser on the right, spitting fireballs. Mario hops onto one each and throws them at the koopa to defeat him. Since I can't remember what boss it was in this vague memory (of whatever game it was), I figured let's put Bowser in Super Mario Bros 2. If you decide to make this video, I can see this fake memory on screen.

it's obvious you use save states if this was a true blind playthrough without save states you would be taking damage and messing up all over the place. go to my channel and scroll down til you see a video called Super Mario Bros. 3 (BoneZone #47) those are excerpts from me playing RTA no save states it's on the spot playing freely, I just try to not lose pspeed.
