So a small question here: I live in Israel, and following the latest events here I can say that I became a professional at recognising Rockets, UAVs, Drones and Planes\Helis, just by sound. Rockets fly silently and you hear the sound only a bit later, also its a pretty unique and scary sound. Planes, the big once, fly too high to hear them, but if they fly lower, like military jets, you can clearly hear the familiar jet sound. Helis sound like helis, not much to say here, but drones, or UAVs, you can CLEARLY hear the tiny fans buzzing, yet i havnt heard a single person saying anything about the buzzing sound. Now the thing about small fans is that they are limited at how high they can lift stuff, so you can actually hear them buzzing pretty well as they fly not too high, anything higher then that need a large rotational blade that creates the sound of a helicopter...

As a photographer I can confirm that those lights look like orbs due to camera aperture reflections. They are just lights. What the lights are on is another question entirely.

These craft with flashing lights want to be seen. They are literally advertising themselves, which to me negates any theories of advanced military or adversary craft. I also don't think there is any type of surveillance going on, as surely this would be done via stealth rather than with bright flashing lights. It is also reported that they give off no IR heat signature, which is baffling even the experts. My guess is they are from advanced civilization(s) saying "we're here and we mean you no harm".

Yes, that's mostly what I've seen. Zoomed in on stars or lights and claiming they are orbs. The only one I've seen that was convincing was someone filming a blue orb that was swaying around next their there house. But with AI generated video im not sure I can find that believable.

I watched two videos tonight.. The US military dude said at the press conference, he had asked and there were no military exercises, even though, and he acknowledged, that the air space in question was actually a corridor specifically for military special testing of aircraft of this nature. So officially it's not them. NORAD dude on another video, said it was recreational drones too, nothing to see here. That was his opinion rather than fact. Groups managed to keep quiet when building crop circles, maybe this is the same kind of groups playing with drones. My only problem with it is, as a drone pilot myself, few can afford to buy drones that size with those capabilities. The whole thing could even be pre programmed, and controlled by one operator through a computer miles away. The Chinese broke the world record doing this, or if not a record attempt it was some kind of show.
I have questions. Why are these drones only flying at night? And the FAA requires any drone that is operating outside of direct eyesight of the operator has to be registered and carry a transmitter/gps that indicates it's position and who it's registered to. So have any commercial or otherwise drone operators come out and said that it's their drones flying over NJ, NY?

The “orbs” are drones with LED light panels on them. One crashed in a tree yesterday.
As a photographer I can confirm that those lights look like orbs due to camera aperture reflections. They are just lights. What the lights are on is another question entirely.

These drones aren’t just in New Jersey. I was walking home a couple of nights ago and saw one out to sea (in the UK). I thought it was a plane at first but it was just lingering at roughly 5-10000ft high. I’ve got videos which I will be posting on my channel

Beyond the November 26 Picatinny Arsenal NOTAM that restricted only a 2 NM Radius of Airspace around the Arsenal, the FAA has a NOTAM in effect from December 7 thru 20 prohibiting Civilian Drone activity up to 1000 feet in a large portion of New Jersey ... I'm guessing what we're seeing is highly classified testing of these large, Collision & Position-Lighted drones which are clearly capable of carrying significant payloads likely being launched into twilight night skies from ships[s] possibly just over the 3 mile coastal limit for testing of navigation & surveillance capabilities before being shipped out 'en masse' to "Hot Spots" like the Middle East or Ukraine ... let's see if all this drone activity ceases after December 20 ... These craft with flashing lights want to be seen. They are literally advertising themselves, which to me negates any theories of advanced military or adversary craft. I also don't think there is any type of surveillance going on, as surely this would be done via stealth rather than with bright flashing lights. It is also reported that they give off no IR heat signature, which is baffling even the experts. My guess is they are from advanced civilization(s) saying "we're here and we mean you no harm".

Yes, that's mostly what I've seen. Zoomed in on stars or lights and claiming they are orbs. The only one I've seen that was convincing was someone filming a blue orb that was swaying around next their there house. But with AI generated video im not sure I can find that believable.

I watched two videos tonight.. The US military dude said at the press conference, he had asked and there were no military exercises, even though, and he acknowledged, that the air space in question was actually a corridor specifically for military special testing of aircraft of this nature. So officially it's not them.
NORAD dude on another video, said it was recreational drones too, nothing to see here. That was his opinion rather than fact.
Groups managed to keep quiet when building crop circles, maybe this is the same kind of groups playing with drones.
My only problem with it is, as a drone pilot myself, few can afford to buy drones that size with those capabilities. The whole thing could even be pre programmed, and controlled by one operator through a computer miles away. The Chinese broke the world record doing this, or if not a record attempt it was some kind of show.

And the FAA requires any drone that is operating outside of direct eyesight of the operator has to be registered and carry a transmitter/gps that indicates it's position and who it's registered to.
