you can, you must go over the ruin's aerial bridge, use the abissal chain to swing to the other side, enter in the location, activate the pillar with the blue sword hitting it an converting it into red with the shuriken (it will go up and down) and use again the abissal chain to the orange thing under the pillar, you open the door on the highest level, then go to the right and you are again in the iron canopy
