Follow the 2014 Bluecoats from the end of Spring Training to Akron as TILT hits the turf at Infocision Stadium. Watch with headphones for full experience.
I attended the cinecast and can attest that the crowd reaction was one of freaking out over this show. Folks were up out of their seats and having a fit! It is so well put together and it's obvious that this corp is all in. You owned it and enjoyed it and everybody else did too! It was a wonderful thing to watch and hear. The music is fabulous. The look is great. This show seems natural, different, fresh, and just draw you in. Whomever you have collaborating and putting together your show nailed this one. BTW I love previous shows but this one gives me goosebumps. Stay true bloo and God bless you all.
I just shared this video and your quote with my high school band. Your words really captured the essence of a great performance. "When I'm performing every single moment feels so slow. I always try to be in the perfect spot between Serenity and Rage. You need to be angry enough to go out there and blow people's faces off (not literally of course). You need to be Serene enough and Calm enough to nail every part of your performance. When you finish the show the crowd sees who you really are." Press on, Mr. T.
Proud to be a Bluecoat marched 1993 but still have the great honor of calling Willie Veenstra my drum major as I played Autumn Leaves with my brothers and sister alumni with him as my drum major, Six Words Lets go BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Watching this at the cinecast you could tell no really cared about bluecoats. Especially because they were going last. The production just shocked everyone! I couldn't believe it myself. "TILT" so simple yet crafted just right. So unexpected from the Bluecoats! Kudos!
I also went to the show and it was about as good as it gets. Great stadium, perfect weather. and 7 great corps. I then went to the cinecast and it really helped me understand the shows better. The Bluecoats really made a great impression and I think Tilt can keep them in the top 5 or even higher.
I can't wait till auditions! I just hope i won't overlooked because of my size. I am a little on the fat side. I hope my playing ability can help back up my physical state. I am getting into physical shape from sports, so i'll see in november.
I did try out just didn't make it but it was still great, loved it, but I'm not in school now so I haven't played my insterment at all this summer so about a year. Graduated in 2013 if that says anything.
Who produces these videos for the 'coats? They're so well done and great hype for the season. Bravo!
Well, he's awesome. Keep up the good work, photographer/video guy. ;)

What is the last part of where he says "Somewhere between rage and serenity, energy.." at 1:25
Something no idea but we Zips like to call that area the lane of speech's. We do the same thing before everyshow.
"Somewhere between rage and serenity, energy but precision, this is it!, SIX WORDS, LETS GO BLOO!"
really wish i could have marched this year. I think being in a corp will just be a dream.
I feel yah man, i'm working out and shit. And i'm gonna try out for them this december at Canton.
